Mr. Gold attended the Florida Institute of Technology at Melbourne FLA., majoring in Computer Science from 1980-1984. In 1985 Norm began his executive search career at Saber Consultants/CNC Global. Over a 10-year period, he held various positions of increasing responsibility; spanning corporate research, resource management, account management, training and key account development. After 10 years of marching to the beat of another’s drum Norm founded The Nugget Group, a boutique executive search firm specializing in permanent SAP placement. He entered the SAP staffing market under the Go Live Consulting brand in 1999. Norm merged Go Live with TNG GLOBAL creating a seamless SAP human capital acquisition solution in 2001. Forging international partnerships with many top SAP Logo Partners, Systems Integrators and Customers has served the company well. In 2005 Norm began development of a common operating platform known as the Independent Recruiters Network with the mission of automating and networking home based professional recruiters from coast to coast.

Mr. Dodge is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis; he holds a Masters degree from George Washington University. He also earned a Juris Doctorate from the G. W. National Law Center and is a member of the Virginia Bar. David excelled for over twenty-five years in development and growth of consulting and professional services organizations. As Vice President ERP Integration Services at IBM, he created and led their U.S. SAP consulting practice, and also managed the ERP practices for J.D. Edwards, Oracle, PeopleSoft, BPICS, and several other application software packages. In between retiring from IBM in 1998, and joining TNG in 2003 David worked as an independent consultant for various companies advising them on package implementation or professional services operations. David brings invaluable experience to our team not to mention deep contacts within the SAP community.
